New Book: Listening to His Heartbeat
Posted by: admin in Books, Listening to His Heartbeat Add commentsWhat makes God smile?
That’s an interesting question isn’t it? When you think about it the answer is pretty important because we all want to make God smile.
That’s what my newest book is about. It’s called Listening to His Heartbeat – What the Bible says about the Heart of God. It explores ideas from Scripture about the things that make God smile (and frown).
Listening to His Heartbeat was published in February 2009 by College Press.

Thank you so much for starting a website! I did not know about your site until I got a letter in the mail today from Stafford North. I look forward to hearing all the sermons you have posted when I get some time.
I deeply value and appreciate your ministry. –Clyde S.

My wife and I have had the privilage of listening to Harold’s sermons and getting to know him on a personal level. I have found his writings, counseling, and sermons to be grounded in God’s word and a source of strength in my daily life. If anyone is looking for a personal source of strength, you will certainly find it on this website and any of his writings. I feel this type of site and information is so valuable especially during these times. Thanks Harold.

Tuesdays with Morrie
Animal Theology
Children Mean the World to God (by Harold Shank)
The Morality of Adoption
